Extreme summer heat poses a serious threat to individuals experiencing homelessness and others without access to basic necessities. Across the Valley, many go without clean water, proper clothing, hygiene supplies, or relief from rising temperatures.

That’s why the HYDR8 Campaign, now in its 12th year, is more important than ever. This annual summer relief effort unites the community to deliver life-saving resources directly to those most at risk — and this year, with a powerful new partnership with IceBreakers, we’re expanding our impact and reach.

• Ice-cold bottled water to individuals exposed to extreme heat

• Hygiene kits, clothing, and shoes to restore dignity and comfort

• Nutritious meals and compassionate conversation to support long-term stability

• Mobile outreach across multiple Valley locations — every single week

• Stainless steel food cart

• Large dolly (400lb capacity)

• Stainless steel food prep equipment

• Cleaning supplies (spray bottles, cleaning racks)

• Food prep gloves and street team gloves

• Walkie-talkies + charging power station with USB ports

Safety & Protocol Support

• Narcan kits and additional medical safety items

Branding & Visuals

• 2 Standing banners (32” x 78”)

• Custom Hydr8 campaign visuals

• Car magnets for service vehicles

Logistics & Support

• Service vehicle for outreach

• Shower transportation sign-up sheets + liability waivers

Essentials for Distribution

• 12,000 drawstring bags (1,000 per week)

• 2,500 disposable cool bags

• Extra cool bags to double/triple as ice and water carriers
